Plan Designers: All of the house plans are created “in-house” on our computer system. We can start with one of our plans or one of your plans or start from scratch with a plan you have only thought about. We can take the parts you like out of several different plans and come up with a brand new plan just for you. Let us take your ideas and design a home you will love and others will envy. We always keep in mind, “This will be your home and you should have exactly what you want”.

Amenities Designers: All of our showroom staff can help you select the finishing touches that will transform a black and white house plan into a home that reflects your tastes. We keep the process easy, enjoyable, exciting and affordable is our “NuTrend Homes Custom Homes Showroom”. Right here in Lufkin, you now have East Texas’s only “Complete Housing Showroom”. Inside the Lufkin Showroom you will find a complete floor covering display, a complete cabinet and counter top display, a complete bathroom display, a complete plumbing fixture and lighting fixture display, a complete display of many of the exterior options we offer, as well as a complete “Model Home” for you to walk into and inspect. PLUS, our computer system will allow us to take you on a “Virtual Tour” of your new home outside and inside on our 50 inch big screen monitor. That’s right, you will be able to see the entire outside of your new home from every angle AND you will be able to take a virtual tour inside every room of your new home.

Loan Officers: We can help arrange for the construction and permanent financing you will need to build your new home. Our “Finance Sources” will allow you to use the equity you have in your land as all or part of any down payment. Or if you wish, we can use “your source” for the construction/interim financing. The choice will always be yours to make.

Construction Superintendent: Every phase of the construction of your new home is monitored by our Construction Superintendent. He is at your new home supervising every step of the construction. His expertise will save you money and time. You are always invited to inspect your new home at any phase of the construction process. You will be provided with a complete set of plans to your new home before any work has started. The Construction Superintendent will be glad to answer any questions you may have during the building of your new home. After the construction has been completed and before you move in, you and we will perform a “Final Walk-through” of your new home together. This will be your opportunity to point out any cosmetic issues that got over looked during the construction process. Further, you will receive a comprehensive warranty booklet covering all aspects of the 10 year structural warranty on your new home. The end result is “we want you to have total peace of mind”.
